New Parents Group: Thriving Postpartum

Is there a new baby in your life? Are you looking to connect with other parents and caregivers of young children? Join our New Parents & Caregivers Group!

For parents and caregivers to a baby from 0-18 months. Expecting parents and parents with older siblings are also welcome! We will have toys out in the space for the babies and kiddos.

Meet other new parents and caregivers, and learn how to best support yourself and your child.

Facilitated by Lauren Ruffrage, M.S. CCC SLP, Speech-Language Pathologist and Feeding Specialist.

Please register for each session you plan to attend.
