Join us for a casual conversation and walking for health along the Feeder Canal. We will meet at Canal Landing Park, next to Freedom of Espresso for about 45 minutes of walking.

Is your little one moving and grooving? Toddler Storytime is all about wiggling and playing! Join us for a variety of books, songs, rhymes, and more!
Please note: The activities in this storytime are designed for children who have aged out of Baby Storytime, up to 3 years old. However, siblings of any age are welcome to join anytime!
Little ones and their caregivers are invited to join us for songs, rhymes, books, and baby sign language! After storytime we will bring out some toys and families are invited to play and socialize!
The activities in this program are designed for babies up to 18 months, however other ages are welcome to join.
Baby Storytime is a great way to introduce your baby to books, language, movement, and music! Storytime is also a great way to enjoy meaningful one-on-one interaction between you and your little one. Each week we will also introduce and practice some sign language you can use with your baby. Practicing sign language at a young age can help improve your child's language and communication skills.
Adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities and their mentors - join us to participate in a free karate introduction and demonstration, led by Rande Lawrence of Lawrence Karate School.
Participants should plan to wear comfortable clothing, and to participate barefoot.
Space is limited; please register. Mentors do not need to register.

Lawrence is a master karate instructor, holding the rank of 10th degree black
belt. He has practiced and taught martial arts for more than 55 years in the
Syracuse area. His
Karate school, Lawrence World Class Karate Dojo, has been in operation in the
Syracuse area since 1980. Master
Lawrence’s special talent is making Martial Arts accessible for students of all
abilities.
May the 4th is coming, and these ARE the droids you're looking for... Each participant will get to make a pair of mini droid robots using simple supplies.
Recommended for kids in preschool and kindergarten, siblings also welcome.

Join us in our Greenspace for a performance by the ODESA Ukrainian Dance Ensemble of Syracuse. The performance will be held in the Emma Beard room if it is raining.
ODESA Ukrainian Dance Ensemble of Syracuse has been in existence for over 60 years and provides a program that promotes pride in their national heritage through song and dance. Currently, ODESA consists of 55 dancers in designated groups from 5 to 25 years of age. The dancers enjoy performing and entertaining throughout the region at various festivals, museums, libraries, colleges, and The Great New York State Fair.

Mean Girls is a 2024 American teen musical comedy film directed by Samantha Jayne and Arturo Perez Jr. from a screenplay by Tina Fey. It is based on the stage musical of the same name, which in turn was inspired by the 2004 film of the same name, both written by Fey, and based on the 2002 book Queen Bees and Wannabes by Rosalind Wiseman. It stars Angourie Rice, Reneé Rapp, Auliʻi Cravalho, and Christopher Briney. Fey and Tim Meadows reprise their roles from the original film.

Take & Makes become available on the first Saturday of the month and available while supplies last. The supply bags will include the instructions and craft supplies and can be picked up on the front porch of the library.
