The Fayetteville Free Library Teen Advisory Board helps advise the library on programs, services, and collections for middle and high school aged teens. In these meetings we will be discussing programming for grades 5-12, raising awareness of library resources, and finding better ways to support the students in our community. We will also talk about upcoming special opportunities. Pizza and soft drinks will be served. 

FFL Teen Advisory Board is open to all middle and high school aged teens in the FFL Community.

The activities in this program are designed for babies up to 18 months, however other ages are welcome to join.

Baby Storytime is a great way to introduce your baby to books, language, movement, and music! Storytime is also a great way to enjoy meaningful one-on-one interaction between you and your little one. Each week we will also introduce and practice some sign language you can use with your baby. Practicing sign language at a young age can help improve your child's language and communication skills.

We will practice clapping, keeping the beat, and playing basic instruments like shaker eggs and rhythm sticks to promote the development of gross and fine motor skills.

We will introduce early music concepts like dynamics (louds and softs) and tempo (fast and slow) in a way that kids ages 0-6 can benefit from and enjoy!
